Doorstep Mobile Service provides selected mobile repair services at the customer’s doorstep, subject to service availability.
Our doorstep services are available only in selected locations across Tamil Nadu and Kerala. Some remote or difficult-to-reach areas may not be eligible for doorstep service.
Customers must provide their complete address so that our team can verify service availability before confirming a request.
2. Services We Provide
Our current doorstep service is limited to:
- Mobile display replacement
- Mobile battery replacement
Services depend on the mobile phone model, availability of compatible parts, and the feasibility of completing the repair at the customer’s location.
3. Minimum Service Value
Doorstep service is available only for service requests with a minimum value of ₹10,000.
Requests below ₹10,000 may not be eligible for doorstep service.
4. Service Area Restrictions
Doorstep service is available only in selected areas of Tamil Nadu and Kerala.
Even within these states, some locations may be excluded due to distance, accessibility, technician availability, or other operational limitations.
We reserve the right to decline a doorstep service request if service cannot be provided at the customer’s location.
5. Service Confirmation
Submitting an enquiry or contacting us does not guarantee a technician visit.
All requests are subject to address verification, service feasibility, technician availability, and confirmation by our team.
Customers should wait for confirmation before expecting a doorstep visit.
6. Parts and Repair Availability
Display and battery replacement services are subject to the availability of compatible replacement parts.
If the required part or repair service is unavailable, our team will inform the customer.
7. Service Refusal or Rescheduling
We may refuse, cancel, or reschedule a doorstep service request if:
- The location is outside our available service area.
- The location is too remote or inaccessible.
- The service request is below the minimum value of ₹10,000.
- The required part or technician is unavailable.
- The requested repair is outside our current service scope.
- Other technical or operational reasons prevent us from completing the service.
8. Customer Responsibility
Customers must provide accurate contact details, service address, mobile phone model, and repair requirements.
Customers should clearly explain their requirements before service confirmation.
